Bagdat Blast Kills at Least 13

The scene was put under control by US and Iraqi security forces.

In another blast on Monday (February 28), 125 people lost their lives in Hilla, south of Baghdad. Hundreds people were waiting in line to undergo a health exam needed to become a civil servant when the explosion occurred.
