At least six killed in explosion in Afghanistan

Residents said the owner of the house had stored mortars and rockets inside that exploded. It was not immediately clear why the munitions were stored in the house close to the military base. Five fire trucks were dispatched from Bagram Air Base to extinguish the blaze. Dozens of US soldiers, several ambulances and two military vehicles were at the scene as troops kept people
away from the house.
