Annan: We Will Not Leave Iraq

Coalition forces were expected to ensure the UN’s security but have obviously failed in this task. Annan said he was aware of how difficult it is to provide stability in Iraq and continued, "Some mistakes have been made; however, it is not an excuse for such a meaningless attack."
