Ankara: Polish delegation arrive in Turkey for Iraq talks

"Poland and Turkey should design common projects as part of reconstruction process of Iraq." told reporters Ambassador Slawomir Cytrycki, Polish Foreign Ministery’s Coordinator for Iraq’s reconstruction, on the sideline of crucial talks with Foreign Economic Relations board (DEIK). "Both countries are eager that stability will be ensured in Iraq again as well as
it will soon participate to democratic process and meet to democratic life standarts." told Cytrycki. He said Poland’s aim was to improve mutual cooperation between two countries. "The most important thing for us is to unite in strength in the field of economy to improve our positions and to produce common projects." told Cytrycki refering a DEIK meeting which will bring Turkish and Polish businessmen together in Istanbul in the mid of the next month to discuss possible cooperation possibilities.
Ercümen Aksay, Chairman of Turkish-Polish Business Council, attended the meeting which was held in a state guest house. A delegation from Turkey’s foreign ministry also joined the second part of the meeting.
