Dr. Alparslan Bayraktar, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Türkiye, in Washington, DC, on the sidelines of the 39th American-Turkish Conference, for a roundtable on regional energy opportunities and the role Türkiye plays for energy security.
