Turkey: Arrest Warrant Issued For Erbakan

After Erbakan’s sentence was approved by the Supreme Court 11th Criminal Department in Ankara, his file was sent to the local court. The 9th Serious Crimes Court then completed procedures and sent the file to Prosecutor’s office.

Erbakan was found guilty of forgery of classified documents, according to article 345 of the Turkish Criminal Code.
