Annan Says Israeli Barrier Blow To Peace

UNITED NATIONS, November 28 – U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan on Friday reiterated that Israel’s controversial West Bank separation wall is a setback for the peace process, saying that the barrier is a “deeply counterproductive act” in violation of International Law.
