Aliyev: Efforts to Spell Terror With Islam Will Fail

TURKEY, – Earlier today, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev said that some circles on the international stage were attempting to link terror with Islam, but he asserted that these efforts would fail.

Aliyev received ambassadors of Muslim countries in the capital Baku for the Ramadan religious holiday and condemned such attempts to misrepresent Islam.
