Papadopoulos: I was Unwilling to Sign Annan Plan

Istanbul, TURKEY – Generally blaming the Turkish side for intransigence blocking a reconciliation of the divisions on the island, the Cypriot Greek administration has made a historic admission yesterday.

In a bid to reconcile the two factions, United Nations (UN) Secretary-General Kofi Annan invited the two sides to a meeting in The Hague on March 10th and 11th.
