Turkey should contact with Iraqi Council on troop issue

Boucher stated that he believed in that the Turkish government met with Council’s members. He added, "Turks met with Iraq’s foreign minister and we think that dialogue is important with Council."

He added that not only Turkish troop’s deploying in Iraq had to met but also there were many other issues to take up.
