US troops conduct shock campaign on oil black market

Some representatives of the civilian organizations filmed the shock campaing minute by minute. US forces made their hands leant against a wall while a US soldier was badly damaging the oil drums with knife. Litres of oil were spilt in street during the campaign. US soldiers warned them not to sell oil in black market.
