Trabzon: Over 60 Spanish troops dead in plane crash in Turkey

The aircraft was reported to have taken off from Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, and was headed for Zaragoza, Spain. Images showed wreckage spread out over a wide area, still smoking from the crash, in the hills behind Maska, near Trabzon. Turkish soldiers and firemen were searching through the debris looking for bodies and the plane’s flight recorders as a light rain fell on the area, still shrouded in fog.
