Musul Facing Health Hazards

Police in Mosul who had left their jobs after the overthrow of the Saddam Hussein regime, have reported back to work at the request of U.S. forces in the area. With all police stations in the city functioning once again, armed officers patrolling the city center on foot and by car are attempting try to maintain security.
