French Foreign Minister to Pay Brief Visit to Turkey

This visit, the first of the foreign minister to the region since the end of the Iraq war, is taking place at the request of France. Insisting that the United Nations should take the central role in rebuilding Iraq, France is trying to develop support on the issue.
