World children visit Erdogan

State Minister Besir Atalay was also attending the meeting. Erdogan noted that April 23, Children’s Day, has been celebrated by children from across the world for more than 20 years, emphasizing that it is the sole Children’s Day in the world.
Turkey has been inviting children from several countries of the world since 1979, when UNESCO declared this year as Children’s Year.
