End of war rekindles Turkey’s tourism hopes

Tourism sector representatives state that the nightmare is over and that they expect a 15 percent increase in visitors for the year. Many hotels in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions that were not planning to open before May 15 due to uncertainty arising out of the war have moved forward their opening dates to April 20. Airplanes carrying tourists form England to Turkey are reported to be full.
