Israel partially withdraws troops in Lebanon as deadline expires

Thousands of Lebanese civilians are going back to their villages after the partial withdrawal of Israeli troops, under the terms of a ceasefire deal. As the deadline for a full withdrawal passes, Lebanon is calling on the UN to help end what it’s calling an Israeli occupation.
