Israel kills Lebanese civilians as its army ignores withdrawal deadline

Israeli troops have opened fire and killed civilians in southern Lebanon on the day they were supposed to withdraw under the terms of a ceasefire with Hezbollah. Residents, who are hoping to return home, had earlier seen Israeli forces building roadblocks.
