214 Turkish companies win awards at Stevie International Business Awards – Türkiye Today


A total of 214 Turkish companies received awards at the 21st Stevie International Business Awards (IBA), held in Istanbul on Oct. 11.

The prestigious event, which evaluates nominees from across the globe, recognized companies in various business sectors for their achievements in management, customer service, human resources, marketing and technology.

Turkish companies shine at awards ceremony

This year’s IBA gala saw participation from 62 countries, with over 3,600 entries submitted. More than 450 participants attended the event, where awards were distributed in nine different categories.

Turkish companies made a significant impact, taking home numerous gold, silver and bronze Stevie awards, with a jury of over 300 experts evaluating the contenders.

Halkbank leads with 18 awards

Halkbank, one of the leader companies in banking and digital transformation, was among the top winners, securing 18 awards, including 11 Golds. The bank’s initiatives to increase women’s participation in the workforce were notably praised by the jury.

Other prominent winners included Atos Türkiye IT & Consulting, which received 10 awards.

Notable winners include SOCAR Türkiye and Pladis

SOCAR Türkiye was awarded five Stevie awards for its accomplishments in business technology and energy, while Pladis, an Istanbul-based company, won seven awards for its employee-centered projects, particularly in education technology and human resources.

Global participants and winners

Alongside Turkish companies, global brands such as Saudi Aramco, Vanderbilt University and Sandoz AG were also recognized for their contributions to various industries.
