Google make additions from Microsoft core team

It is clear that Google is trying hard to get cream of the talent, which is hard to attract. This will enable Google to produce more software for bigger companies. Google wants to retain the top spot of Search Engines ahead of Yahoo and Microsoft’s MSN.

The search of Google is unorthodox and they gave a fine example of it when in July, the company put a recruiting billboard on U.S. Highway 101, the main freeway that connects the company’s headquarters in Mountain View with San Francisco. This billboard had a math problem and the drivers, who were able to solve the problem, were directed to a recruiting page on Google’s Web site.

But clearly, by hiring Mark Lucovsky, Google has searched the correct talent and will be benefited.
