$2.9 Billion Pipeline Almost Finished

The pipeline, which will carry oil from the Azeri fields, joins Turkey at Baku. Although it is seen as a relief from dependence on Middle Eastern oil, it will only offer short relief as the world continues to guzzle down more an more crude oil every year.
