Clinton Appointed as UN Tsunami Envoy

UN Spokesperson Fred Eckhard released a written statement confirming that UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan wanted a representative to help solve the problems of rebels in Indonesia and Sri Lanka which were most affected by the tsunami and lead re-construction efforts in the region.
