Kerry Monitors Palestinian Polls

Kerry visited the school where Mustafa Bharguti voted in Ramallah and said it was an "extremely historic and significant day." Kerry noted that the results of the election could affect the Middle East peace process and said, "Palestinians have a chance to determine their future."
