Bush Guaranteed Presidency by Arresting Bin Laden?

Though American officials claim that Bin Laden will soon be arrested, no such progress has been made. According to local and Western Intelligence services, Laden might be hiding in the frontier area between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Others contend that Bin Laden is in the northeastern part of Pakistan, high in the Kesmir Kure Mountains. Still, rumors occasionally surface that he is in a major city in Pakistan, or hiding in an area being dubbed the Bermuda Triangle at the convergence of Pakistan, Iran, and Afghanistan.

The most sparkling theory: an "October Surprise." Indeed, America has already arrested Bin Laden and George W. Bush waits for the elections to announce his capture so that he can bury his rival, Senator John F. Kerry, at the polls in early November
