Most Satisfactory Search Engine: Google
PC magazine published the study conducted with the cooperation of the University of Michigan Business School, the American Quality Society, and the CFI Group. The study measured customer satisfaction of Internet sites from e-trade sites to search engines. Google made the top of the list for search engines with 82 points.
Google’s biggest rivals, Yahoo and MSN, received 78 and 75 points respectively. "Ask Jeeves" saw a 14.5 percent rise within a year and earned 71 points.
