AK PARTY DEPUTY YILMAZ DIES
Yilmaz, who underwent a heart surgery a while ago, did not feel well when he was resting at home, and was hospitalized.
AK Party deputy Yilmaz could not be saved despite all efforts deployed by the doctors.
Yilmaz, who was born in Aegean Kutahya province in 1954, graduated from Kutahya Vocational High School’s Mining Department and served as a mine technician for some time.
Halil Ibrahim Yilmaz, who also served the Kutahya Municipality, was elected as a deputy from the AK Party in the parliamentary elections in 2002.
Yilmaz was married with four children.
After Yilmaz passed away, the number of seats occupied by AK Party at parliament decreased to 368.
