CIA’s Book on Torture Written 20 Years Ago

The Central intelligence Agency (CIA) has a book titled, "Human Resource Exploitation Training Manual-1983," published and used during the interrogation of prisoners in South American prisons during the 80’s. The existence of the equipment was revealed by reporters at the Baltimore Sun newspaper who were investigating the CIA’s presence in Honduras. The Sun obtained the guide via the Freedom of Information Act and said that the guide confirms that the torture at Abu Gharib Prison was executed systematically.
