Minister Coskun travels to US for OECD meeting
Coskun told reporters at Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport before leaving, that he would hold meetings in the United States and Brussels regarding the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Annual Ministerial Council Meeting which would be held in June.
Noting that ministers and prime ministers of OECD member countries would attend the meeting which would be held in Istanbul in June, Coskun said that nearly 40 ministers and two thousand businessmen and technocrats from countries which were not OECD members would also participate in the meeting.
Coskun said that study groups would be formed especially on increasing competition power of small and medium scale enterprises in globalization process.
He added that they would discuss the details of conference with related people and OECD Secretary General in Brussels and they would release a statement to the world opinion.
