Bush’s Campaign Against Terror Resembles Crusade

In a statement made on September 17, Bush said "this crusade against terrorism will take time." He apologized for that statement on September 19th after receiving criticism for this choice of words. In addition, U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said on a televised program, that "the U.S. is a Jewish-Christian country."
