8 PKK militants released on partial amnesty

Turkish authorities told so far 38 prisoner applied to benefit from this partial amnesty, so called "win-back for society law". Families surged in crowds to the prison for an emotional reunification with prisoners. Applications to lay down arms have been still countinued, said Turkish authorities.
