15 Taliban to release in exchange of Turkish engineer

The Afghan transitional government has been forced to release fifteen Taliban in exchange of the release of a Turkish engineer.

Radio Tehran reports that the Taliban had kidnapped a Turkish Engineer working in a US road construction company in Afghanistan ten days ago and demanded the release of their fifteen men.
