However, that tension backfired in the third minute, when Sezgin Coskun's leg was broken after a brutal tackle by Boluspor's Erhan Yılmaz. The referee Selcuk Dereli sent Erhan off, which led to early casualties for both team. Eskisehirspor won promotion to the Turkcell Super League Sunday, beating Boluspor in a dramatic playoff final that saw four red cards alongside two goals.
